Having tried several other dietary plans, I was somewhat hesitant to try another “fad” diet. After several friends recommended Peter Glickman’s “Lemonade Diet” I went for it. And I am so glad that I did. Not only did I not give in to cravings during my 1st 10-day cleanse. I successfully lost pounds and inches. Coming off the 10-day diet, I discovered that adjusting my eating choices/habits in the following months was easy. I am planning to do several 10-day cleanses throughout the year. I highly recommend this simple, affordable, and very “do-able” diet!

Love Peter Glickman’s CD and his book! After listening to and reading both carefully and often, I started my Master Cleanse and I am on Day 5 and it is amazing how I feel so far! I don’t think I would have wanted to make the journey drinking nothing but Lemonade all day and a quart of salt water every morning for 10 days or more without the guidance and encouragement I received here.

I am loving the energy I have and have not felt so clear and alive and well for years. I have found the way out of my constant sluggish fatigue and a way to a new healthier way of eating and way of life.

If you bought the book “Master Cleanser” don’t bother buying the CD. It is a waste of money, as he is not really adding anything new. The book is $5.

I bought Glickman’s book and CD with the intent to read about the cleanse when I had downtime between appointments, etc. And, I’d listen to the cd during my commute to work, etc. I would not recommend the book. (See my review about the book.). I definitely would not recommend the CD either because it is poorly organized in its presentation of the program. Glickman seems to be in conversation with some guy who sounds like a paid DJ. The information was also repetitive in nature such that I got the impression that Glickman was using up “air time”. However, I give Glickman his “props” for being creative enough to dawn a CD about the cleanse.

This shipped out really quick and I was looking forward to starting it. I did everything you’re supposed to and lasted for two days. I stopped because I got really sick from it. The tea gave me horrible stomach cramps and I felt really dizzy- not to mention the lemonade tasted terrible. The syrup also tastes gross so I still have this huge thing of syrup just sitting in my cabinet. HOWEVER- in those two days, I did end up losing a couple pounds.

I did The Master Cleanse for 10 days about 6 months ago and I can tell you it really works. I felt great! I am now living in an extremely remote place and tried to do this again but failed after the first couple of days, but I think it was because I wasn’t using the prescribed ingredients. I couldn’t find Senna tea, so I used laxative pills. I had sea salt, but not the right kind, and I also didn’t have Grade B organic maple syrup, just regular Grade A. I am wanting to try this again, so this time I’m ordering this kit, which seems like a fair price since it includes everything you need. Only thing I have to say about this kit is that you could probably use more like 80 oz. of syrup, not 64.

Overall, give this cleanse a fair shot and I promise you will not be disappointed!

It would be extremely convenient to get this set for your first master cleanse. The items are all correct to maximize your results, and it takes much of the guesswork out of the equation for beginners. My only issue is that similar items can be purchased somewhere like Whole Foods for far less, around $40 individually. Still, beginners who are unfamiliar with what to buy could do far worse than this set.

I can’t believe that anyone would pay $70 for some tea and maple syrup that you could purchase at Whole Foods or any organic coop for no more than $20???

I am purchased this product cause I want a new beginning on life. This product should remove 10yrs of red meat deposits in my intestinal walls and I wanna remove those toxins from my body and curb my diet in a positive way.
