I would not buy this product again. I didn’t see alot of problems that others had reported, but not really any results at all that were expected. I had occ. stomachaches, but no diarrhea. I had a few looses stools, but not many. The worst part was feeling bloated all the time. And I lost no weight! That was my main reason for trying it. And I did take along with the Acai as recommended. Maybe I didn’t have the right combination? It was shipped quickly and no problems with company!

I would not buy this product again. I didn’t see alot of problems that others had reported, but not really any results at all that were expected. I had occ. stomachaches, but no diarrhea. 1It does work, just give it time! I feel so much better when my colon is clean! So far, I use it for 7 days and wait at least a month before starting it again for 7 days.
2These will clean out your colon but the dosage is a little confusing. They will easily give you two bowel movements a day and can work as a laxative as well if you are so inclined.
Overall it worked okay and for what I paid I did indeed get my money’s worth
3This is great stuff if you want to do a cleanse. Very effective — I take them any time I’m feeling a little weighed down, and they are fantastic.
4I walked into my local health store (after I had purchased the colon cleanse) to buy a natural ‘clear my skin up’ product to couple with the cleanse. She said CLEAN UP YOUR DIET AND COME BACK. THEN WE’LL TALK. You should know that while this cleanse is unbelievable, you should consider this the perfect opportunity to clean up your diet too. The cleanse will be more beneficial and what’s to lose? Weight? Acne? Yep!
Cleanse started “working” after I worked my way up the 3 pills in the a.m. and p.m. Unlike other reviewers, the results have been natural and without any cleanse drama one might associate it with. I am off my acne medication and if I could post a results picture, you might fall off your chair. I’ve also lost weight and no longer have strong sugar cravings. When you consider an office co-pay ($40) and 2 Rx’s ($20), the deal just gets sweeter and sweeter. It probably goes without saying, but I could not be happier.

I was very disappointed after having read the sales pitch for this product.
I’ve been on this product for over a week and all it’s done is give me really bad breakouts, so bad, I haven’t left my house all week. I only go to the restroom once a day vs. the two before this product. I guess it’s not for everyone and not only am I disappointed, my week was ruined due to bad skin, which is just now beginning to get slightly better.
7The Ultimate Cleanse is the best detox product I have ever used. Now four months from the first day I took the 30 day cleanse and three months from my last dose I am still feeling energetic, and have three movements a day. Not safe to take for long periods and not necessary either.
8I recommend this product to my clients when appropriate. It is slow and gentle and works with the body to release layers of toxic debris from cells, organs, glands and digestive system, while it adds support to the systems.

This stuff is not working for me at all. I was hoping to get a good cleanse, and get regular in the process. But I’m on day 9 and I have less bowel movements now than I did before, and I’ve been drinking more than 64ozs of water a day. I’m sure I’ve totally cleansed my bladder, because I’m constantly going to do #1 because of all the water. But I’m really tired of feeling like I’m backed up. I didn’t feel this way before I started taking these pills, so I don’t know what the heck the problem is. I’m up to the maximum amount of pills it says to take (3 of each pill 2x a day), and still I may have a bowel movement every other day if I’m lucky. I don’t eat red meat, pork, etc. I have limited my cheese intake, and NO fatty foods, like the pamphlet said, and still, I feel like I have wasted my time and my money when I could have been taking something that actually works! I’m very disappointed and definitely would NOT recommend this product.

OMG!!!! I bought this product because it was recommended by the salesman at the Vitamin Shop. I went home ate dinner at 6:30 and took one of each pill about 7:30. About 8:00 I reviewed the reviews online. The reviews stated there would be cramping. Cramping is an understatement (in my case at least)!!! At about 9:15 or so it started out with cramping and then to contracting. I was contracting for hours!!! I felt as though I was having my daughter all over again and she’s 16. I quickly looked on the back of the box to see what was in it. I found that the pills contained Cascara sagrada which has a long history of traditional use by Native americans. Cascara sagrada contains compounds called anthroquinones, which are responsible for cascara’s powerful laxative effects. Anthraquinones trigger contractions in the colon, called peristalsis, which causes the urge to have a bowel movement.
I didn’t sleep well through out the night. The cramping calmed down through out the course of the night. I woke up at about 5:30am with very light cramping and am still having them now. They are tolerable at least at this point. My bowels are usually regular (right after I eat). However I haven’t gone since my last meal and I hope to go soon. It’s now 9am and still haven’t passed my bowels.
Well what do you know! As I’m typing this review I went to the bathroom. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!! Bout time!
I can’t give this product a bad review because I’ve only taken it for one day. I’m putting this information out there to make you aware of the side affect, to give you info on what causes the cramping/contracting and to give you a time based off of what I’ve experiences after one pill. I will try it again because I am so focused on trying to do this cleanse. What I would like to know if someone could answer this for me. How long did you have your cramping/contracting? Was it for a couple days, few days, week or longer? Thank you and Good Luck to all that are using this product including me.

10This product is great. The appetite suppressants really work. I didn’t experience any horrible side effects. Taking the pills are annoying but it’s really worth it. The fiber powder is nasty but if you take it with a thick fruit or vegetable drink you will not taste it. I lost 4 pounds in those 5 days I was on this program. And I kept it off. It’s been about two months since I took this product and I am continuing to loose weight. Its a great way to jump start a new healthy regimen. I probably would have lost more if it didn’t cheat by eating fruits and plantains every day. Despite that I lost weight fast and cleaned out my system. I noticed that my bowl movements were very quick and easy, which made me realize that my colon was cleansed. I will definitely use this product again!
