4i really like the product…its a complete program and the booklet was super helpful. I felt great after the diet.
5My wife and I decided to give this whole “lemon detox master cleanse” a whirl – we made it 3 days but the wife just could not handle the fowl taste of the mixture of this stuff, the lemons, and cayanne pepper. Even after several glasses (correctly mixed, of course), I was still starving but pushed on. Going into the 4th day (77th hour) of the ‘detox’, we’re calling it quits.
If this syrup tasted a bit better, I’m sure we could have made it the 7 days. Kind of unfortunate, especially at this price.

I have done the diet several times and I noticed that Madal Bal Syrup gave me more energy, made the diet easier and I just felt better. It does cost a bit more but its definitely worth it. All else I had to buy was lemons anyway. Maple syrup is for pancakes.
