Saving The World One Ozone Generator At A Time…

January 02, 2010 By: Master Cleanser Category: Articles

ozone generator

An ozone generator is a piece of equipment which generates ozone. It basically bubbles this gas into water. Ozone is active oxygen which naturally forms an area of the planet atmosphere, protecting us from harmful ultraviolet rays from the sun. However, ozone can also make a useful sanitizer for a hot tub.

It is very popular to use in spas as it also reduces the need for various other chemicals like Bromine. However, it does not eliminate the need for these chemicals entirely.

One of the advantages of having such a piece of equipment is that you can save money. This is similar to the purpose that a hydrofloss has (helping to save the on the cost over dental bills through prevention). Because it reduces the amount of chemical sanitizers that the spa requires, it means that you won’t have to buy so many expensive chemicals frequently. In fact, studies have shown that the chemical consumption can be reduced by as much as thirty-five per cent.

They also require very little electricity to run, making the drain on your electricity bill virtually negligible. An ozonator is also harmless to animals and people at least if used correctly. However, it also kills viruses which are in the water, making your bathing experience healthier and safer. The question I want to ask is, can it help with gum disease

It also has great advantages over chlorine which is traditionally used in swimming pools and spas. In fact, it purifiers the water up to three thousand times faster than the traditional chlorine method. In addition to this, the other advantages are that it has no unpleasant odor and does not irritate the eyes of skin and when it is in large quantities. However, you should never breathe it in directly is this can be dangerous

You will still need to have a hot tub filter but there will be less stress on this particular component if you have a decent ozonator to compensate. Next: Follow the link below to learn more about this topic.

What Exactly is Periodontal Disease?

December 03, 2009 By: Master Cleanser Category: Articles

stop bleeding gums

What is periodontal disease? It’s the same thing as gum disease, which is when your tissue and bone in the mouth become infected. They get that way when you fail to keep up with getting the buildup of plaque taken care of.

Poor dental health can lead to many serious health problems. Not only that but you may lose teeth when you fail to get it treated by a professional. That plaque that grows on your teeth is invisible, but it’s there, and helping the bacteria grow continually.

That bacterium will grow and toxins will come from it, those toxins will attack your teeth and gums. Since there are literally hundreds of different bacteria living in your mouth, you need to make sure that you practice good oral hygiene.

Of course you know you need to brush each day, but how many times do you brush? It should be around two times a day, for three total minutes each time. None of those quick brushings that you use to do when your parents weren’t watching are of much value.

Flossing should be done everyday too, and regular visits to the dentist for a cleaning are useful.

All of those things are done for your benefit. With those cleanings you may want to try and have them done twice a year. Toothbrushes should be soft bristles, the hard ones may actually hurt your gums.

With all these steps followed you may find that you can combat gum disease. However, you may not be able to completely keep it away. So make sure you work hard to keep that plaque off your teeth and your gum disease chances at bay.

Satisfying FeedBack on Dental Health Book

stop gingivitis

Today, I received a very gratifying phone call. It was from a man who has read my book on gum disease. He said that it was very good and that it has helped him a lot. His gum tissue is becoming healthier, he said it is really working.

I can not begin to tell you how important it is for an author to get this kind of feedback. This is particularly true for a non-fiction work. The topic is no game and it is not the construction of a fantasy world. Therefore, when people get real world benefit, it is very satisfying.

This man told me about how he had solved his problems with heart disease and glaucoma in the past. He is very alternative health oriented and quite aware of what is out there. We talked a good deal about health care and how it is delivered and how very valid and powerful therapies seem to be buried from the mainstream.

Things are changing however. With the Internet it is possible to spread knowledge that would have remained in very isolated pockets in the past. However, to create a paradigm shift is not something that is easily accomplished.

It takes the efforts of many, many people most of the time. Unfortunately, that old saying: "You don’t know what you don’t know", is very true.

This is one of the major drawbacks to being human: You cannot see or know it all. That means we all can easily become the victims of our own lack of knowledge. I believe that the book, Zhuan Falun, touches on this truth in it’s opening statement.

Some of the tools that I have found useful in my struggle against gum disease are the Hydro Floss oral irrigator and a water ozonator. When you purchase a HydroFloss be sure to shop around for the best deal.

Should You Use Dental Tape Or Dental Floss?

September 18, 2009 By: Master Cleanser Category: Articles

ozone generator

Whether you decide to use dental tape or dental floss, using one or the other is importanl to your oral health. Flossing and using tape will help to keep your teeth and gums healthy. This can work to prevent or help end gum disease such as gingivitis and the more advanced periodontitis. The latter is an especially damaging problem, as it can result in tooth loss if left untreated.

The choice between dental floss or tape is a personal one. It all depends on which you like best. It depends, as well, on which you feel works best for you. The important thing is that you use one or the other each day, in conjunction with regular brushing. An oral irrigator is also a great tool.

The main advantage of dental tape, is that it is bigger and thicker. In my opinion, just the pure physics of it, makes it the clear winner to do a better job.

You are, of course, supposed to brush your teeth at least twice a day. Some dentists will tell you to floss twice a day as well, while others say that once is fine. Typically, if you have sensitive gums, you likely have a problem. Healthy gums are not sensitive. Another good tool is an ozone generator. With this tool, you can make an oxygenated mouthwash.

Now, what are the differences between these two dental tools? Well, as most of us know, floss is a thin, waxed or unwaxed string substance which fits between the teeth. It is ideal for getting pieces of food and plaque from between them.

Tape tends to be wider and thicker. Floss may be a bit thin. That can be a problem for people whose teeth are closely crowded together. Floss tends to fit more easily between close together teeth. Some people even say that it might remove stains from the teeth.

Whether you decide to use tape of floss, make sure you do it regularly. Further more, if doing this makes you gums bleed, talk to your dentist right away. Bleeding whilst flossing is often a sign of gum disease.

The Benefits and Detractors of Xylitol…

September 08, 2009 By: Master Cleanser Category: Articles

One of the amazing hidden ’secrets’ of this century is xylitol. It is truly astonishing on two points. This five carbon sugar can help to prevent both tooth decay and gum disease because the bacteria that eat it cannot utilize xylitol as they can glucose (six carbon table sugar).

The second fact to know about xylitol is that it has been both well known in one country and almost unheard of in many other countries at the same time. This astounds me a bit because it demonstrates the limited nature of our human awareness very clearly.

Let us take a closer look. Xylitol has been used and well documented to reduce the incidence of dental disease in Finland for over five decades now.  Yet here in the United States and many other countries you will hardly hear of a dentist that promotes it. There are a few, but they are not many.

How can something as beneficial as xylitol, in today’s world, be so unknown to most people despite the fact that Finlanders have been using it since the second world war when regular sugar became scarce.  Later, the dentists and doctors of Finland discovered that their levels of dental health improved due to the use of xylitol as a substitue for sugar. Another item worthy of renewed interest is the
oral irrigator.

Xylitol has one third the calories of an comparable amount of table sugar. It does not promote tooth decay or the growth of the bacteria that cause gum disease or bad breath. It does not require insulin to be metabolized and therefore is of particular interest to diabetics.

Few things in this world are perfect and xylitol does have some drawbacks. Pets should not be given xylitol. While a human being has a special metabolic pathway to digest xylitol, many pets do not. Therefore it can be harmful to pets and can even kill them.

You can learn more about xylitol at Xylitol.org. There is plenty of research and information about xylitol there. Ora md is different in that it is an essential oil mix for helping to fight dental disease.

We tend to think that if something is good, that everyone should be aware of it.  Yet, as this example shows, that is not always the case. There are so many things we still do not know.  Perhaps we should resolve to reach further beyond our limited awareness and discover the truth of this world and the universe that is around us.
